2Lift up your hands [in] the sanctuary, and bless the Lord -Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] .

3The Lord -Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] that made heaven and earth bless youi out of Tziyon [Parched Place] .
