Psalms 137

Psalms 137

By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Tziyon [Parched Place] .

We hanged our harps upon the willows in the midst thereof.

For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us [required of us] gladness, [saying] , Sing us [one] of the songs of Tziyon [Parched Place] .

How shall we sing the Lord -Yehōvah’s [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] song in a strange land?

If I forget youi , O Yerushalayim [Foundation Of Peace] , let my right hand forget [her cunning] .

If I do not remember youi , let my tongue cleave (split open; cut open; divide) to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Yerushalayim [Foundation Of Peace] above my chief joy.

Remember, O Lord -Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] , the children of Edom [Red] in the day of Yerushalayim [Foundation Of Peace] ; who said, Raze [it] , raze [it, even] to the foundation thereof.

O daughter of Babylon, who are to be destroyed; happy [shall he be] , that rewards youi as youi have served us.

Happy [shall he be] , that takes and dashes youri little ones against the stones.
