Blessings of Those Who Fear the Lord

¹Blessed is every one who fears the Lord ,[#Job 5:4; Prov. 27:11]

Who walks in His ways.

²When you eat the labor of your hands,[#Ps. 119:1]

You shall be happy, and it shall be well with you.

³Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine[#Deut. 4:40]

In the very heart of your house,

Your children like olive plants

All around your table.

⁴Behold, thus shall the man be blessed

Who fears the Lord .

⁵The Lord bless you out of Zion,[#Ps. 52:8; 144:12]

And may you see the good of Jerusalem

All the days of your life.

⁶Yes, may you see your children’s children.[#Ps. 134:3]
