the revelation 4

chapter four

after this have I seen, and look a door is standing open in heaven, and the first voice, which I have heard, as of a trumpet speak with me, has said: come up here, and I will you (SG) to show, what it must happen after the these things.

immediately am I was in the Spirit; and look, a throne of glory is standing in heaven and on the throne of glory is One sat;

and this One seated was similar in the appearance to a jasper stone and to a ruby; and a rainbow was around and around the throne of glory, and the appearance of it was similar to a emerald. (Ezekiel 1, 26-28.)

and around and around the throne of glory are was twenty-four thrones; and on the thrones have I seen twenty-four elders seated, dressed in white clothing (kittels); and on their heads golden crowns.

and from the throne of glory go out flashes (lightning) and rumblings and thunders. and before the throne of glory burning seven fire torches, which are the seven spirits of Hashem;

and before the throne of glory, as it were a glass-like sea, like to crystal; and in the midst of the throne of glory and around and around the throne of glory four living creatures, full with eyes from front and from behind.

and the first living creature was like to a lion, and the second living creature was like to an ox, and the third living creature had the face as a man, and the fourth living creature was like to a flying eagle. (Ezekiel 1, 10.)

and the four living creatures have, every one of them, to six wings, all around from inside full with eyes; and they have not any rest by day and by night, saying: holy, holy, holy, is the L-rd G-d, the Almighty, Who was and Who is and Who comes! (Yeshayah 6, 1-3.)

and when the living creatures give up glory and honor and praise to the One, Who sits on the throne of glory, the One, Who lives forever and ever,

fall the twenty-four elders down before Him, Who sits on the throne of glory, and worship themselves to Him, Who lives forever and ever, and cast/throw down their crowns before the throne of glory, and say:

worthy You are, O L-rd our G-d, to receive glory and honor and power; because You (sing) have everything created, and by Your will are they here and created become.
