⁶if to a ram, shall you (sg) make a minchah/grain offering of two tenth fine flour mixed with oil a one-third hin;

⁷and wine for a drink offering, a one-third hin, shall you (sg) bring for a soothing aroma to Hashem.

⁸and when you (sg) will make a young head of cattle (bull) for an olah/burnt offering or a slaughter sacrifice/zavach, according a clear articulated vow, or for a peace offering to Hashem,

⁹shall one bring with young head of cattle (bull) a minchah/grain offering of three tenth (of an ephah) fine flour mixed with oil a half hin;

¹¹so shall done become to each bull, or to each ram, or to a lamb of sheep or of goats.

³⁰but the man which do with a high/defiant hand, from the native-born, or from the foreign, blasphemes/insults he Hashem, and that soul shall be cut off become from among its people.
