³Hear, O you2f kings; give ear, O you2f princes; I, [even] I, will sing unto the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) ; I will sing [praise] to the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] .

⁴Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) , when youi went out of Se’ir [Shaggy] , when youi marched out of the field of Edom [Red] , the earth trembled, and the heavens dropped, the clouds also dropped water.
