A Psalm of Praise.

¹Praise the Lord !

Praise God in His sanctuary;

Praise Him in His mighty heavens.

²Praise Him for His mighty acts;

Praise Him according to [the abundance of] His greatness. [Deut 3:24; Ps 145:5, 6]

³¶Praise Him with trumpet sound;

Praise Him with harp and lyre.

⁴Praise Him with tambourine and dancing;

Praise Him with stringed instruments and flute.

⁵Praise Him with resounding cymbals;

Praise Him with loud cymbals.

⁶Let everything that has breath and every breath of life praise the Lord !

Praise the Lord ! (Hallelujah!)
