Samuel 24

Samuel 24

And it came to pass, when Sha’ul [desired] was returned from following the P’lishtim [Immigrants] , that it was told him, saying, Behold, David [beloved] [is] in the wilderness of ‘Ein-Gedi [Fount of the Kid] .

Then Sha’ul [desired] took three thousand chosen men out of all Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] , and went to seek David [beloved] and his men upon the rocks of the wild goats.

And he came to the sheepcotes by the way, where [was] a cave; and Sha’ul [desired] went in to cover his feet: and David [beloved] and his men remained in the sides of the cave.

And the men of David [beloved] said unto him, Behold the day of which the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) said unto youi , Behold, I will deliver youi enemy into youi hand, that youi may do to him as it shall seem good unto youi . Then David [beloved] arose, and cut off the skirt of Sha’ul’s [desired] robe privately.

And it came to pass afterward, that David’s [beloved] ’s heart struck him, because he had cut off Sha’ul’s [desired] skirt.

And he said unto his men, The Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) forbid that I should do this thing unto my master, the Lord -Yehōvah’s [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] anointed, to stretch forth my hand against him, seeing he [is] the anointed of the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) .

So David [beloved] detained (held) his servants with these words, and suffered them not to rise against Sha’ul [desired] . But Sha’ul [desired] rose up out of the cave, and went on [his] way.

David [beloved] also arose afterward, and went out of the cave, and cried after Sha’ul [desired] , saying, My lord the king. And when Sha’ul [desired] looked behind him, David [beloved] stooped with his face to the earth, and bowed himself.

And David [beloved] said to Sha’ul [desired] , For what reason hear youi men’s words, saying, Behold, David [beloved] seeks youi hurt?

Behold, this day youi eyes have seen how that the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) had delivered youi to day into my hand in the cave: and [some] bade [me] kill youi : but [my eye] spared youi ; and I said, I will not put forth my hand against my lord; for he [is] the Lord -Yehōvah’s [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] anointed.

Moreover, my father, see, yes, see the skirt of youi robe in my hand: for in that I cut off the skirt of youi robe, and killed youi not, know youi and see that [there is] neither evil nor transgression in my hand, and I have not sinned against youi ; yet youi hunt my soul to take it.

The Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) judge between me and youi , and the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) avenge me of youi : but my hand shall not be upon youi .

As says the proverb of the ancients, Wickedness proceeds from the wicked: but my hand shall not be upon youi .

After whom is the king of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] come out? after whom do youi pursue? after a dead dog, after a flea.

The Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) therefore be judge, and judge between me and youi , and see, and plead my cause, and deliver me out of youi hand.

And it came to pass, when David [beloved] had made an end of speaking these words unto Sha’ul [desired] , that Sha’ul [desired] said, [Is] this youi voice, my son David [beloved] ? And Sha’ul [desired] lifted up his voice, and wept.

And he said to David [beloved] , youi [are] more righteous than I: for youi have rewarded me good, whereas I have rewarded youi evil.

And youi have showed this day how that youi have dealt well with me: forasmuch as when the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) had delivered me into youi hand, youi killed me not.

For if a man find his enemy, will he let him go well away? wherefore the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) reward youi good for that youi have done unto me this day.

And now, behold, I know well that youi shall surely be king, and that the kingdom of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] shall be established in youri hand.

Swear now therefore unto me by the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) , that youi will not cut off my seed after me, and that youi will not destroy my name out of my father’s house.

And David [beloved] swore unto Sha’ul [desired] . And Sha’ul [desired] went home; but David [beloved] and his men got them up unto the hold.
