12as can I myself/alone bear your heaviness/contentiousness and your burdens and your quarrels?
13get/provide you (PL) judicious and sensible and proficient people, according your (PL) tribes, and I will them make for your (PL) chief people/heads.
14has you (PL) me answered and said: good is the thing which you (sg) have ordered do.
15and I have taken the heads of your (PL) tribes, judicious and proficient people, and I have them made for leaders over you (PL), for elders of thousands, and elders of hundred, and elders of fifty, and elders of ten, and overseers, according your (PL) tribes.
16and I have commanded your (PL) judges in that time, so to say: hear out among your (PL) brothers, and you (PL) shall judge righteously between each and between his brother, or the ger toshav/alien resident which with him.
17you (PL) shall not any lifting faces/partiality/favoritism be in a judgement; the small so as the great shall you (PL) hear out; you (PL) shall self not be afraid before a man, because the judgement is G-d's. and the thing/case of law which will be too heavy for you (PL), shall you (PL) bring to me, and I will it hear out.
18and I have you (PL) commanded in that time all things which you (PL) shall do.
19and me have journeyed from Chorev, and are passed in all that great and dreadful wilderness which you (PL) have seen, on way to the mountain range of Emori, so as Hashem our G-d has us commanded; and we are having come unto Kadesh-Barnea.
20and I have to you (PL) said: you (PL) are having come unto the mountain range of Emori, which Hashem our G-d gives us;
21behold, Hashem your G-d has delivered this land to you(SG), go up and possess/inherit it, so as Hashem the G-d of your fathers has you(SG) promised/spoken; you(SG) must not fear have and not dread/lose resolve.
22has you (PL) all come near to me, and has said: let's send men us ahead of, and they shall investigate/explore for us this land, and us bring an answer concerning the way which we shall on it go, and the cities which we shall in them come.
23and the thing is find favor in the eyes of in my eyes, and I have taken from you (PL) twelve men, to one man for a tribe.
24and they have self turned and are having gone up in the the hill country, and are having come unto the valley of Eshcol, and have it scrutinize/spy.
25and they have taken in their hand from the fruit of land, and brought down to us; and they have us brought an answer and said: good is this land which Hashem our G-d gives us.
26but you (PL) had not wanted go up, and had rebelled against the mouth of Hashem your G-d.
27and you (PL) had murmured in your (PL) tents, and had said: because Hashem has us hated, has he us brought out from land Egypt, us to give (over) into the hand of Emori, so that us to destroy/annihilate.
28(To) where go we up? our brothers have made melt our hearts, so to say: this people is greater and taller than us, the cities great and fortified unto in heaven; and also sons of the Anakim have we there seen.

33who is you (PL) having gone ahead of on way, you (PL) to search out a place for you (PL) to encamp: in fire by night, so that you (PL) to show the way/road which you (PL) shall on it go, and in cloud by day.
34and Hashem has heard the voice/sound of your (PL) words, and he had been angry/furious, and has sworn an oath, so to say:
35if someone from the this people, from the this evil generation, will see this good land, which I have sworn an oath to give your (PL) fathers!
36aside from Kalev the son of Yephunneh; he will it see, and to him will I give this land which he has trodden thereon, and to his children; because he is having gone loyal/devoted after Hashem.
37also on me has Hashem been angry over you (PL), so to say: you (sg) also will there not come;
38Yehoshua/Yeshua the son of Nun, who stands before you(SG), he will there come; him strengthen, for he will it make inherit Yisroel.
39and your (PL) small children, of whom you (PL) had said, they will be to plunder, and your (PL) sons, who understand/grasp yet today not good things or evil things, they will there come, and to them will I it give, and they will it inherit/possess.
40and you (PL) turn around you (PL), and advance to wilderness, by way of Yam Suf.
41has you (PL) self spoke up, and has to me said: we have sinned to Hashem; we will go up, and will war hold/make, so as all that which Hashem our G-d has us commanded. and you (PL) had girded up each his weapons of war, and held/made for light going up in the hill country.
42and Hashem has to me said: say to them: you (PL) shall not go up, and you (PL) shall not war hold/make, for I am not among you (PL); lest you (PL) shall not struck become before your (PL) enemies.
43and I had to you (PL) spoken, but you (PL) had not paid heed, and you (PL) had rebelled against the mouth of Hashem, and you (PL) had were presumptuous/willful, and are having gone up in the hill country.
44is having come out against you (PL) the Emori which is dwelt in that hill country, and they have you (PL) pursued after so as the bees do, and you (PL) beat in Se'ir, unto Chormah.
