Listen!

1attention you (PL) heavens, and I will speak,

and shall hear the earth the words of my mouth.

2shall drip as rain my teaching,

shall flow as dew my word;

as a raindrops on grass

and as showers on plant/vegetation.

3because the name of Hashem will I call out/summon;

ascribe greatness to our G-d.

4the rock – his work is perfect,

for all his ways are right;

a G-d (El) of faithfulness, and without injustice,

righteous and upright is he.

5is of him the corruption? no!

his children, theirs is the blemish;

a perverse and twisted/deceitful generation.

6will you (PL) thus Hashem repay,

ignoble and unwise people/nation?

is he not your father which has you bought?

he – which has you made and set up/established?

7remember the days of ancient times,

consider of throughout generations the years,

ask your father, he shall you(SG) tell,

your elders, they shall you(SG) say.

8when the Most High has assigned the peoples/nations,

when he has separated the children of men,

has he appointed the borders of nations/peoples,

according to the number of of the children of Yisroel.

9for the portion of Hashem is his people,

Yaakov the portion of his inheritance.

10he has him found in desert land,

and in waste howling of the wilderness,

him encircled, him made to understand, him watched (over),

him careful/on guard as his apple of the eye.

11as an eagle stirs his nest,

flutters over his young,

spreads his wings and takes them,

carries them on his wings –

12has Hashem alone him led,

and not having been with him a foreign G-d.

13he has him sat on the height of the earth,

and he has eaten the fruit of field;

and he has him made suckle honey from rock,

and oil of flint stone/rock;

14sweet cream of cattle, and milk of sheep,

with fat of lambs,

and rams of Bashan and billy goats,

with kidney fat of wheat;

and of grape blood drink frothy wine.

15and Yeshurun is fat having become and has kicked –

you are fat, are thick, are fat having become;

and he did forsake G-d which has him created,

and dishonored the rock of his salvation.

16they have him provoked with jealousy with foreign g-ds,

with abominable practices him made angry.

17they did sacrifice to the demons, and not to G-d,

g-ds which they have them not known,

new recently come,

which your (PL) fathers have self before them not feared.

18on the rock which has you fathered have you (sg) not remembered,

and forget the G-d (El) which has you have had.

19and Hashem has seen and has despised/scorned,

over the infuriation of his sons and his daughters.

20and he has said: I will hide/conceal my face from them.

I will see what will be their end;

for a perverse generation are they,

children without faithfulness/emes in them.

21they have me provoked with jealousy

with that which is not any G-d,

me made angry with their futile things,

and I will them provoke to anger/infuriate with jealousy with what are not a people,

with a foolish people will I them provoke to anger/infuriate.

22for a fire is kindled in my nose,

and it burns unto the deeper Sheol,

and consumes the earth with its produce,

and inflames the foundations of the mountains.

23I will end on them evils,

I will my arrows destroy/ravage on them:

24thin of famine, and food of heat,

and bitter pestilence/plague;

and the teeth of beasts will I send on them:

with venom of the dust creepers.

25outside will take away the sword,

and in the rooms the terror;

and the young man and the virgin,

the infant with gray-haired man.

26I would said: I will them destroy/ravage,

I will destroy/annihilate from men their remembrance;

27would that I dread not the enemy's infuriation,

their haters shall not lay out false;

not say: our hand is triumphant,

and not Hashem has this everything done.

28for a people/nation without counsel/consultation are they,

and not any understanding in them.

29(O) that they would have wise having been, would have they this consider,

they would have well thought-out their end:

30how can one pursue/chase a thousand,

and two drive before ten a thousand,

when not their rock has them delivered,

and Hashem has them delivered?

31for not as our rock is their rock;

and may our enemies adjudicate.

32because of vine of Sodom is their vine,

and of the fields of Amora;

their grapes are grapes of venom,

bitter bunches of grapes are with them.

33venom of snakes is their wine,

and merciless poison of asps.

34for surely, this is hidden/reserved by me,

seal in my treasuries;

35I hold vengeance and revenge

for the time when their foot will self slip;

because near is the day of their break,

and impulsive/unstable come which is prepared/ready for them.

36for Hashem will self take hold of for his people,

and on his servants self have mercy/compassion,

when he see that used up is the strength,

and any a living soul is not;

37and he will say: where are their g-ds,

the rock which they have self have taken shelter in him?

38who have this fats of their slaughter sacrifice/zavach eaten,

drank the wine of their drink offering?

shall they rise up and you (PL) help;

shall he be over you (PL) a secret/hiding place.

39see now that I, I am this,

and not any G-d with me;

I kill and make living,

I wound and I heal,

and from my hand is not who shall rescue be.

40because I lift to heaven my hand,

and say: so as I live for ever,

41when I sharpen the lightning of my sword,

and my hand will to judgment self take hold,

will I return back vengeance to my enemies,

and my enemies will I repay.

42I will intoxicate my arrows with blood,

and my sword will self stuff oneself with flesh –

with blood of killed (ones) and prisoners,

with the long-haired heads of the enemies.

43sing, you (PL) peoples/nations, his people/nation,

because for the blood of his servants will he self avenge be,

and vengeance will he to return to his enemies,

and his land and his people.

44and Moshe is having come and has spoken all words of the this song in the ears of people, he and Hoshea the son of Nun.

45and as Moshe has finished speaking all the this words to all Yisroel,

46has he to them said: place/apply to your heart to all words which I tell you (PL) today on, that you (PL) shall them command to your (PL) children, to keep to do all words of the this instruction.

47for this is not a hollow/empty conversation for you (PL), but this is your life, and by the one this thing will you (PL) prolong days be on the land which you (PL) go there on the other side of the Yarden, it to inherit/possess.

48and Hashem has spoken in the this same day to Moshe, so to say:

49go up to the this mount Avarim, the mount Nebo which in land Moav, which against Yericho, and look on this land Kena'an which I give to the children of Yisroel for an ancestral property.

50and die on the mount which you (sg) go there up, and who is gathered to your people, so as your brother Aaron is died on mount Hor, and is gathered having become to his people.

51for what you (PL) has been unfaithful on me among the children of Yisroel, at water of Merivat-Kadesh, in wilderness Tzin, for which you (PL) has me not sanctified among the children of Yisroel.

52but from the distance will you(sg) see this land, but come there will you(sg) not, in the land which I give to the children of Yisroel.
