1and this is the commandments, the statutes, and the laws, which Hashem your G-d has commanded you (PL) to teach, on to do in the land which over/across there, it to inherit/possess;

2so that you(SG) must fear have before Hashem your G-d, to keep all his laws and his commandments which I order/command you(SG), you (sg), and your son, and your son's son, all days of your life, and so that your days shall self be long.

3and you(SG) must hear, Yisroel, and keep to do, so that you(SG) shall good be, and so that you (PL) shall you (PL) increase very much, so as Hashem the G-d of your fathers has you(SG) promised – a land which flows with milk and honey.

4hear, Yisroel: Hashem our G-d, Hashem is one (Gen 2:24).

5and you(SG) must love have Hashem your G-d with your whole heart, and with your entire soul, and with your entire strength.

6and the these words which I command you(SG) today, shall be in your heart;

7and you(SG) must them teach your children, and you(SG) must speak of them when you (sg) stay in your house, and when you (sg) go in the way, and when you (sg) lie down self, and when you (sg) are standing up.

8and you(SG) must them bind on for a sign on your hand, and they shall be for a head-ornament between your eyes.

9and you(SG) must them inscribe on the doorposts of your house, and on your gates.

10and it will be, when Hashem your G-d will you bring into the land which he has sworn an oath to your fathers, to Avraham, to Yitzchak, and to Yaakov, you(SG) to give – great and beautiful cities, which you (sg) have not built,

11and houses full with every good thing, which you (sg) have not filled, and chiseled out cisterns, which you (sg) have not chiseled out, vineyards and olive gardens, which you (sg) have not planted, and you (sg) will eat and satisfied be,

12beware you, you(SG) must not forget on Hashem, who has you drawn out of land Egypt, of the house of slavery.

13before Hashem your G-d shall you (sg) fear have, and him shall you (sg) serve, and by his name shall you (sg) swear.

14you (PL) shall not go after foreign g-ds, of the g-ds of the peoples which round you (PL);

15for a G-d (El) jealous is Hashem your G-d among you(SG); lest will be kindled the anger of Hashem your G-d on you(SG), and he will you destroy/annihilate of the face of the earth.

16you (PL) shall not test Hashem your G-d, so as you (PL) had him tested in Massah.

17keep shall you (PL) keep the commandments of Hashem your G-d, and his instructions and his witnesses/edut, which he has you(SG) commanded.

18and you(SG) must do what is upright and good in the eyes of Hashem, so that you(SG) shall good be, and you(SG) must come and inherit/possess this good land which Hashem has sworn your fathers,

19pushing out all your enemies from before you(SG), so as Hashem has spoken.

20when your son will you later there ask/inquire, so to say: what are this for witnesses/edut and statutes and laws, which Hashem our G-d has you (PL) commanded?

21shall you (sg) say to your son: slaves are we having been by Pharaoh in Egypt, and Hashem has us drawn out from Egypt with a strong hand.

22and Hashem has done signs and great and ominous wonders in Egypt, on Pharaoh and on his all house, before our eyes.

23and us has he drawn out from there, so that us to bring, us to give this land which he has sworn our fathers.

24and G-d has us commanded to do all the these laws, fear to have before Hashem our G-d, so that us shall good be all days, so that us to let live, so as this very day.

25and a righteousness will it be of us before Hashem our G-d, if we will keep to do all this these commandments, so as he has us ordered.
