1and you (sg) make come near to you(SG) your brother Aaron, and his sons with him, from among the children of Israel, so that they shall be kohanim for me; Aaron, Nadav, and Avihu, Elazar, and Ithamar, Aaron's sons.

2and you(SG) must make your brother Aaron holy garments for an honor and for a splendor.

3and you (sg) you(SG) must speak to all who are skilled, whom I have them filled with a Spirit of wisdom/skill, they must make the garments for Aaron, so as him to consecrate that he shall be a kohen for me.

4and these are the clothes, which they shall make: a breastpiece, and an ephod, and a robe, and a checkered robe, a turban, and an sash; and they shall make holy clothes for your brother Aaron and for his sons, so that they shall be priests to me.

5and they shall use this gold, and the blue wool, and the purple, and this vermilion red, and the linen.

6and they shall make the ephod of gold, blue wool, and purple, vermilion red, and twisted linen, artfully crafted.

7two shoulder straps shall it have, joined/attached to its two ends, so that it shall his joined/attached.

8and the waistband/sash which is on it, shall be in same way as its production, of it itself; of gold, blue wool, and purple, and vermilion red, and twisted linen.

9and you(SG) must take two onyx gems, and engrave on them the names of the children of Israel;

10six of their names on one stone, and the remaining six names on the second stone, according to their having been born.

11as work of a stone engraver, like engravings of a seal/stamp, must you(sg) engrave the two stones according to the names of the children of Israel; framed into settings of gold must you(sg) them make.

12and you(SG) must put the two stones/gems on the shoulder straps of the ephod – stones of memorial representing the children of Israel; and Aaron shall carry their names in front of Hashem on his two shoulders for a memorial.

13and you(SG) must make settings of gold;

14and two chains of pure gold; twisted must you(sg) them make, produced twisted; and you(SG) must put the braided chains on the settings.

15and you(SG) must make a breastpiece for decision, artfully crafted; just like the work of ephod shall you (sg) it make: of gold, blue wool, and purple, and vermilion red, and twisted linen, shall you (sg) it make.

16foursquare shall it be, doubled, a span its length, and a span its width.

17and you(SG) must set into in it a settings of stones, four rows stones/gems, a row of ruby, topaz, and emerald, one row;

18and the second row: turquoise, sapphire, and diamond;

19and the third row: jacinth, agate, and amethyst;

20and the fourth row: chrysolite, and onyx, and jasper; set into in gold shall they be in their settings.

21and the stones shall be according to the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names; just as engravings of a seal/stamp, each according to its name shall they be, for the twelve tribes.

22and you(SG) must make on breastpiece braided chains, produced twisted, of pure gold.

23and you(SG) must make for the breastpiece two golden rings, and put the two rings on the two ends of breastpiece.

24and you(SG) must put the two golden braids (chains) in the two rings by the ends of the breastpiece.

25and the two ends of the two braids (chains) shall you (sg) fasten on the two settings, and fasten onto the shoulder straps of the ephod, to its front.

26and you(SG) must make two golden rings, and them place onto on the two ends of the breastpiece by its edge/border which to the side of the ephod, inner to.

27and you(SG) must make two golden rings, and them put on the two shoulder straps of the ephod, at below, at its front, near its attachment, above the waistband of the ephod.

28and people shall tie/bind the breastpiece by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a cord of blue wool, so that it shall be above the waistband of the ephod, and the breastpiece shall self not move away/loosen from the ephod.

29and Aaron shall bear the names of the children of Israel in the breastpiece of decision against his heart, when he comes into (the) holy/sanctuary, for a memorial before Hashem continually.

30and you(SG) must put in the breastpiece of decision the Urim and Tumim, and they shall be with Aaron on the heart, when he comes before Hashem; and Aaron shall carry the decision of the children of Israel on his heart before Hashem continually.

31and you(SG) must make the robe of ephod from nothing but blue wool.

32and its opening for the head shall be in its midst; an edge/border shall be by its opening around about, woven work; just like the opening of an armoured shirt shall be by him, it shall self not be torn.

33and you(SG) must make on its hem pomegranates of blue wool, and purple, and vermilion red, on its edge around about, and golden bells between them around about;

34a golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate, on the hem of the robe around about.

35and it shall be on Aaron during the service, and the sound of it shall self be heard when he comes into in (the) holy/sanctuary before Hashem, and when he goes out, so that he shall not die.

36and you(SG) must make a forehead plate of pure gold, and engrave on it like engravings of a seal/stamp holy to Hashem .

37and you(SG) must it put on a cord of blue wool, and it shall be on the turban; on the front of the turban shall it be.

38and it shall be on Aaron's forehead, and Aaron shall take/bear away on self the sin against the holy things, which the children of Israel consecrate/sanctify, by all their holy gifts; and it shall be on his forehead continually, so that they shall accepted become before Hashem.

39and you(SG) must make the robe checkered, from linen; and you(SG) must make a turban from linen; and a sash must you(sg) make, embroidered work.

40and Aaron's sons must you(sg) make coats/mantles; and you(SG) must to them make sashes; and caps must you(sg) to them make for an honor and for a beauty.

41and you(SG) must them clothe your brother Aaron and his sons with him; and you(SG) must them anoint, and fill their hand, and them consecrate/sanctify, that they shall be kohanim to me.

42and make them linen trousers/pants to conceal the shame (nakedness); from the loins and until the thighs shall they be.

43and they shall be on Aaron and his sons, when they come in Tent of Meeting, or when they bring close/offer at the altar, to serve in (the) holy/sanctuary; so that they shall not carry a sin and die; an eternal law for him and for his seed/offspring after him.
