1and Hashem has said to Moshe: cut/carve you(SG) out two stone tablets just as the first, and I will inscribe on the tablets the words which are having been on the first tablets, which you (sg) have broken.
2and be prepared/ready in the morning, and go up in the morning on mount Sinai, and stand self before me there on the top of mount.
3and any man shall not go up with you(SG), and any man shall also not seen become on whole mount; even the sheep and the cattle shall self not pasture on that mountain.
4has he chiseled out two stone tablets just like the first; and Moshe has self risen early in the morning, and is having gone up on mount Sinai, just as Hashem has him commanded, and he has taken in his hand the two stone tablets.
5and Hashem has went down in the cloud; and he has self stood with him there; and he has called out/proclaimed the name of Hashem.
6and Hashem was passing by in front of his face, and has called out: Hashem, Hashem is a compassionate and gracious G-d (El), restrained in anger, and rich in grace/favor and truth;
7he holds grace/favor until thousandth member/limb, he forgives sin and transgressions and sins/offenses; but forgiving pardons he not, he punishes self for the sin of the fathers, with the children, and with the grandchildren, with third and with fourth generation.
8has Moshe self inclined against quickly to the earth, and self bowed.
9and he has said: if, I entreat you, I have found favor in your eyes, Adonoi, may, I entreat you, Adonoi go among us, because a stiff-necked/stubborn people is this; and may you(SG) forgive our sin and our offense, and us make for your inheritance.
10has he said: behold, I cut/make a covenant; in return in front of your whole people will I do wonders which are not created having become on the whole earth, and among all peoples; and this whole people, which you (sg) are among it, will see the action of Hashem which I do with you(SG), that it is awesome.
11pay attention you(SG) that which I command you(SG) today; behold, I drive out from before you(SG) the Emori, and the Kena'ani, and the Chitti, and the Perizzi, and the Chivi, and the Yevusi.
12beware self, you(SG) must not establish a covenant with the inhabitants of the land which you (sg) come to it, so that it shall not be for a pitfall/temptation among you(SG).
13instead their altars must you (PL) crush, and their sacred pillars must you (PL) break, and their Asherah/cult pillar shall you (PL) cut down.
14because forbidden self not to worship to an other G-d, because Hashem – his name is jealous, a G-d (El) jealous is he,
15lest will you(sg) establish a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they will be strayed after/prostituted after their g-ds, and sacrifice to their g-ds, will they you call/summons, and you(sg) will eat of their slaughter sacrifice/zavach;
16and you(sg) will take from their daughters for your sons, and their daughters will be strayed after/prostituted after their g-ds, and will seduce your sons after their g-ds.
17any poured/molten g-ds must you(sg) you(SG) not make.
18the festival of unleavened bread shall you (sg) keep: seven days shall you (sg) eat unleavened bread, just as I have you(SG) commanded, in the appointed time in month of Abib, because in month of Abib are you having come out from Egypt.
19each which opens the womb belongs to me; and of your all livestock shall you (sg) treat as holy the male, the firstborn of bull and sheep.
20and the firstborn of a donkey shall you (sg) redeem with a sheep; and if you (sg) will not redeem, shall you (sg) (for) him break the neck. every firstborn of your sons must you(sg) redeem. and people shall self not appear before me with empty-handed.
21six days shall you (sg) work, and on seventh day must you(sg) rest; even in plow time and in harvest time must you(sg) rest.
22and the festival of Weeks shall you (sg) you(SG) make, with the first grain of wheat harvest; and the festival of gathering in (crop) at the turning/changing of the year.
23three times in year shall all your males self appear before the Lord Hashem, the G-d of Yisroel.
24because I will drive out the nations/peoples from before you(SG), and will enlarge your boundary/region; and anyone will not desire your land, when you (sg) go up self to appear before Hashem your G-d three times in year.
25you(SG) must not offering to do with leaven the blood of my slaughter sacrifice/zavach, and the slaughter sacrifice/zavach of the festival of Pesach shall not remain overnight until in the morning.
26the first fruit of your land shall you (sg) bring into house of Hashem your G-d. you(SG) must not cook a young goat in its mother's milk.
27and Hashem has said to Moshe: write you(SG) on the these words, because according to the these words have I cut/make a covenant with you(SG) and with Yisroel.
28and he was there having been with Hashem forty days and forty nights; any bread has he not eaten, and any water has he not drank. and he has written on the tablets the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.
29and it is having been, that Moshe has gone down from mount Sini – with the two tablets of testimony are having been in Moses' hand, when he has gone down from mount – has Moshe not known, that the skin of his face has shone because of his speaking with him.
30and Aaron and all children of Yisroel have seen Moshe, see the skin of his face was shining/radiant, and they have fear have had to come near to him.
31has them Moshe called to him, and Aaron, and all leaders of the assembly have self returned to him, and Moshe has to them spoken.
32and after that have come near all children of Yisroel, and he has to them commanded all that which Hashem had with him spoken on mount Sinai.
33and when Moshe had finished to speak with them, has he put on on his face a covering/veil.
34and when Moshe is having come in front of Hashem to speak with him, used to he remove the covering/veil until his going out; and he used to go out and speak to the children of Yisroel this which he is commanded having become.
35and the children of Yisroel would see the face of Moshe, that the skin of Moses' face was shining/radiant; and Moshe used to again put on the covering/veil on his face, until he has gone in to speak with him.
