and after what (why) have you (PL) brought the assembly of Hashem in the this wilderness, that we and our livestock shall here die?
and after what (why) have you (PL) us brought up out of Egypt, us to bring in the this evil place, which is not a place of seed (grain), or fig, or grape vine, or pomegranates, and where water to to drink is not?

has Moshe taken the staff/rod from before Hashem, just as as he has him commanded.

and we have cried to Hashem, and he has heard our voice, and has sent an Angel, and us brought out from Egypt; and behold are we in Kadesh, a city at edge of your border.
let us, I entreat you, pass through through your land; we will not pass through through a field or through a vineyard, and we will not drink water of a well; on the king's road will we go; we will self not deviate/turn away to the right or to the left, until when we will pass through your territory/boundary.
has Edom to him said: you(SG) must not pass through by me, because with sword will I go out against you(SG).
have the children of Yisroel to him said: on road will we go, and if we will drink your water, I and my livestock, will I give pay for that reason; it is still nothing; let me only pass through on my feet.
has he said: you (sg) you can not pass through. and Edom is having come out against him with many people, and with a stronger hand.

take Aaron and his son El'azar, and bring them up on mount Hor;
and do (strip) out Aaron his garments, and do them on his son El'azar; and Aaron shall gathered become and die there.
has Moshe did so as Hashem has commanded; and they are having gone up on mount Hor, before the eyes of the whole assembly.
