whom G-d (El) curses not?
and how shall I curse
whom Hashem curses not?
9for from top of the rocks behold I him,
and from the height look I him on.
behold, a people which rests/dwells by themselves,
and reckons self not among the peoples/nations.
10who has counted the dust of Yaakov,
and reckoned the seed (fourth part) of Yisroel?
shall die my soul the death of the upright,
and shall my end be as his own!
11has Balak said to Balaam: what have you (sg) to me done? to curse my enemies have I you taken, behold surprisingly bless have you (sg) blessed.
12has he answered and has said: for surely, this which Hashem does enter in in my mouth, this must I to keep a watch over to speak.
13has Balak said to him: come with me, I entreat you, to an other place, which you (sg) will it see from there; only a part of him will you(sg) see, but in all will you(sg) him not see; and curse for me him from there.
14and he has him taken to the field Tzophim on top Pisgah, and he has built seven altars, and offered a bull and a ram on an altar.
15and he has said to Balak: stand self here by your olah/burnt offering, and I will go self happen upon/meet there.

19not a man is G-d (El), he may lie say,

20behold, bless! have I perceive/grasp,
and (has) blessed he, can I it not deter.
21one see not any iniquity in Yaakov,
and one knows not any injustice in Yisroel.
Hashem his G-d is with him,
and the favor of king is on him.
22G-d (El) brings them out of Egypt,
as horns (strength) of a bison is he it.
23because not any witchcraft/sorcery in Yaakov,
and any soothsayer/fortuneteller in Yisroel.
now shall be of Yaakov and Yisroel said:
what G-d (El) has have done!
24behold, a people which stand up as a lioness,
and raise/lift self up as a lion;
he lies down self not until he devours prey,
and blood of killed (ones) drinks he.
25has Balak said to Balaam: not curse shall you (sg) him curse, and not bless shall you (sg) him bless.
26has Balaam answered and has said to Balak: have I not spoken to you(SG), so to say: all that which Hashem will speak, this will I do?
27has Balak said to Balaam: come I entreat you, I will you take to an other place; perhaps will find favor in the eyes of in the eyes of G-d, and will for me him curse from there.
28and Balak has taken Balaam to top Pe'or, which looks down on the desert (Yeshimon).
29has Balaam said to Balak: build me here seven altars, and prepare me here to seven oxen/bulls and seven rams.
30and Balak has done so as Balaam has said, and he has offered a bull and a ram on an altar.
