In the wilderness לה

¹and Hashem has spoken to Moshe in the plains of Moav at Yarden near Yericho, so to say:

²command the children of Yisroel, they shall give the Levi'im of the inheritance of their ancestral property cities to dwell; and a open/free place to the cities around round them shall you (PL) give the Levi'im.

³and the cities will be for them to dwell, and their open pasturelands will be for their livestock, and for their possessions, and for all their beasts.

⁴and the open pasturelands of the cities, which you (PL) will give the Levi'im outside of the city wall, shall be a thousand cubits around round.

⁵and you (PL) shall measure outside city, the east side two a thousand cubits, and south side two a thousand cubits, and the west side two a thousand cubits, and the north side two a thousand cubits, with the city in midst. this shall by them be the open pasturelands of the cities.

⁶and the cities which you (PL) will give the Levi'im, shall be the six cities of refuge which you (PL) will give for the death violent man to fleeing there; and to them shall you (PL) add on two and forty cities.

⁷all cities which you (PL) will give the Levi'im, shall be eight and forty cities; them with their open pasturelands.

⁸and the cities which you (PL) will give of the ancestral property of the children of Yisroel, shall you (PL) of the more take more, and of the less take less; each according to his inheritance which he inherit, shall give of his cities to the Levi'im.

⁹and Hashem has spoken to Moshe, so to say:

¹⁰speak to the children of Yisroel, and you(SG) shall say to them: that you (PL) go on the other side of the Yarden to land Kena'an,

¹¹shall you (PL) you (PL) designate cities which shall you (PL) be cities of refuge, and there shall fleeing the death violent man which kills a a soul by a mistake/oversight.

¹²and the cities shall you (PL) be for refuge of the blood (avenger) redeemer/savior, and the death violent man shall not die before he stands self before the assembly to the judgement.

¹³and the cities which you (PL) shall give: six cities of refuge shall by you (PL) be.

¹⁴three cities shall you (PL) give from the side (of) Yarden, and three cities shall you (PL) give in land Kena'an; cities of refuge shall they be.

¹⁵for the children of Yisroel, and for the foreigner/proselyte, and for the resident immigrant among them, shall be the this six cities of refuge, on to fleeing there for each which kills a a soul by a mistake/oversight.

¹⁶if but he has him kill with an iron thing, and he is died, is he a murderer; to kill shall caused to die become the murderer.

¹⁷and if he has him struck with a stone in hand, which one can of it die, and he is died, is he a murderer; to kill shall caused to die become the murderer.

¹⁸or that he has him struck with a wooden thing in hand, which one can of it die, and he is died, is he a murderer; to kill shall caused to die become the murderer.

¹⁹the blood (avenger) redeemer/savior, he shall kill the murderer; when he meet up him, shall he him kill.

²⁰and if he has him with hatred a push done, or he has flung/hurled on him anything with a intention, and he is died,

²¹or he has him with enmity struck with his hand, and he is died, shall to kill caused to die become the one who struck; a murderer is he; the blood (avenger) redeemer/savior shall kill the murderer, when he meet up him.

²²if but he has him unexpected, without enmity, a push done, or he has flung/hurled on him anything a thing without a intention,

²³or with anything a stone which one can thereof die, has he thrown on him unseen, and he is died, and he is him not having been a enemy, and not have in mind having been his evil,

²⁴shall the assembly judge between the one who struck and between the blood (avenger) redeemer/savior according the these laws.

²⁵and the assembly shall rescued be the death violent man from the blood (avenger) redeemer/savior hand, and the assembly shall him return to his city of refuge, which he is there fled, and he shall sit/dwell in it until the death of kohen gadol which one has him anointed with holy oil.

²⁶if but go out will go out the death violent man from the boundary of his city of refuge, which he is there fled,

²⁷and the blood (avenger) redeemer/savior will him find outside of the boundary of his city of refuge, and the blood (avenger) redeemer/savior will kill the death violent man, has he on self not any blood.

²⁸because in his city of refuge must he sit until the death of kohen gadol, and later after the death of kohen gadol may the death violent man self return to the land of his ancestral property.

²⁹this shall you (PL) be for a decree of justice on your (PL) throughout generations in all your (PL) dwellings.

³⁰who but it kills a a soul, shall one kill the murderer according the mouth of testimony/witnesses; and one testimony/witness can not witness say/testify on a man, he shall die.

³¹and you (PL) shall not take something for a ransom/redemption for the a soul of a murderer which is guilty to death; but to kill must he caused to die become.

³²and you (PL) shall not take something for a ransom/redemption of the one which is fled in his city of refuge, that he shall may self return dwell in land before the kohen's death.

³³and you (PL) shall not sinful make this land which you (PL) sit/dwell in it, because blood this makes sinful this land, and the land shall be not forgiven for the blood which is in it shed having become, except with the blood of the one which has it shed.

³⁴and you(SG) must not defile/contaminate this land which you (PL) sit/dwell in it, which I rest in the one; because I, Hashem, rest among the children of Yisroel.
