²And he said, The Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) will roar from Tziyon [parched place] , and utter his voice from Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace] ; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel [Garden-land] shall wither.

⁵I will break also the bar of Dammesek (Damascus) [silent is the sackcloth weaver] , and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of On [vanity] , and him that holds the scepter from the house of ‘Eden [pleasure] : and the people of Aram (Syria) [exalted] shall go into captivity unto Kir [wall] , says the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) .

⁶Thus says the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) ; For three transgressions of ‘Azah [The Strong] , and for four, I will not turn away [the punishment] thereof; because they carried away captive the whole captivity, to deliver [them] up to Edom [Red] :

⁷But I will send a fire on the wall of ‘Azah [The Strong] , which shall devour the palaces thereof:

⁸And I will cut off the inhabitant from Ashdod [powerful] , and him that holds the scepter from Ashkelon [The Fire of Infamy: I shall be Weighed] , and I will turn my hand against ‘Ekron [Torn Up by the Roots] : and the remnant of the P’lishtim [Immigrants] shall perish, says the Lord-Adonai [Greatest Above All Things] , GOD-Yehōvih (THE FATHER) .

⁹Thus says the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) ; For three transgressions of Tzor (Tyrus) [a rock] , and for four, I will not turn away [the punishment] thereof; because they delivered up the whole captivity to Edom [Red] , and remembered not the brotherly covenant:

¹⁰But I will send a fire on the wall of Tzor (Tyrus) [a rock] , which shall devour the palaces thereof.

¹¹Thus says the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) ; For three transgressions of Edom [Red] , and for four, I will not turn away [the punishment] thereof; because he did pursue his brother with the sword, and did cast off all pity, and his anger did tear perpetually, and he kept his wrath forever:

¹²But I will send a fire upon Teman [south] , which shall devour the palaces of Botzrah [sheepfold or fortress] .

¹³Thus says the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) ; For three transgressions of the children of ‘Amon [Inbred] , and for four, I will not turn away [the punishment] thereof; because they have ripped up the women with child of Gil’ad [Rocky Region] , that they might enlarge their border:

¹⁴But I will kindle a fire in the wall of Rabbah [Great] , and it shall devour the palaces thereof, with shouting in the day of battle, with a tempest in the day of the whirlwind:

¹⁵And their king shall go into captivity, he and his princes together, says the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) .
