¹And it came to pass, [that] when Yirmeyahu [whom Yehovah has appointed] had made an end of speaking unto all the people all the words of the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) their God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] , for which the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) their God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] had sent him to them, [even] all these words,

²Then spoke ‘Azaryah [Yehovah has helped] the son of Hosha’yah [Yehovah has saved] , and Yochanan [Yehovah has graced] the son of Kareach [bald] , and all the proud men, saying unto Yirmeyahu [whom Yehovah has appointed] , youi speak falsely: the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) our God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] has not sent youi to say, Go not into Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place] to sojourn there:

³But Barukh [Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous)] the son of Neriyah [lamp of Yehovah] sets youi on against us, for to deliver us into the hand of the Kasdim [clod-breakers] , that they might put us to death, and carry us away captives into Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion] .

⁴So Yochanan [Yehovah has graced] the son of Kareach [bald] , and all the captains of the forces, and all the people, obeyed not the voice of the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) , to dwell in the land of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] .

⁵But Yochanan [Yehovah has graced] the son of Kareach [bald] , and all the captains of the forces, took all the remnant of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] , that were returned from all nations, to which they had been driven, to dwell in the land of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] ;

⁶[Even] men, and women, and children, and the king’s daughters, and every person that N’vuzar’adan [Nebo has given seed] the captain of the guard had left with G’dalyahu [Yehovah is great] the son of Achikam [my brother has arisen] the son of Shafan [coney] , and Yirmeyahu [whom Yehovah has appointed] the prophet, and Barukh [Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous)] the son of Neriyah [lamp of Yehovah] .

⁷So they came into the land of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place] : for they obeyed not the voice of the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) : thus came they [even] to Tachpanches [you will fill hands with pity] .

⁸Then came the word of the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) unto Yirmeyahu [whom Yehovah has appointed] in Tachpanches [you will fill hands with pity] , saying,

⁹Take great stones in youi hand, and hide them in the clay in the brick factory, which [is] at the entry of Par’oh’s [Pharaoh - Great House] house in Tachpanches [you will fill hands with pity] , in the sight of the men of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] ;

¹⁰And say unto them, Thus says the Lord -Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies] , the God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] ; Behold, I will send and take N’vukhadretzar [may Nebo protect the crown] the king of Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion] , my servant, and will set his throne upon these stones that I have hid; and he shall spread his royal pavilion over them.

¹¹And when he comes, he shall strike the land of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place] , [and deliver] such [as are] for death to death; and such [as are] for captivity to captivity; and such [as are] for the sword to the sword.

¹²And I will kindle a fire in the houses of the gods of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place] ; and he shall burn them, and carry them away captives: and he shall array (to put on; to clothe) himself with the land of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place] , as a shepherd puts on his garment; and he shall go forth from there in peace.

¹³He shall break also the images of Beit-Shemesh [House of the Sun] , that [is] in the land of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place] ; and the houses of the gods of the Mitzri shall he burn with fire.
