1when Hashem your G-d will cut off/destroy the nations/peoples which Hashem your G-d gives you(SG) their land, and will them inherit/dispossess, and self settle in their cities, and in their houses,

2shall you (sg) you(SG) set apart three cities in midst of of your land which Hashem your G-d gives you(SG), it to inherit/possess.

3you(SG) must you(SG) prepare/demarcate the way, and divide in three this boundary/region of your land which Hashem your G-d will you make inherit/possess, and it shall be on to fleeing there for each death violent man.

4and this is the case of the death violent man which can there fleeing and remaining alive: that which will kill his neighbor without an intention, and he is him not having been an enemy of recent past/day before yesterday;

5as that one will come with his neighbor in forest cutting trees, and his hand will self traverse with the axe (head) snap/break off the tree, and the iron will bounce back/break away from handle, and will hit his neighbor, and he will die; he shall fleeing in one of the these cities, and remain alive;

6so that the blood redeemer/savior shall not pursue the death violent man when his heart is hot, and him catch/overtake, because the way is a further, and him kill to death, when him come not death penalty, because he is him not having been an enemy from recent past/day before yesterday.

7therefore command I you(SG), so to say: three cities shall you (sg) for you(SG) set apart.

8and if Hashem your G-d will enlarge your boundary, so as he has sworn an oath your fathers, and will you(SG) give this whole land which he has promised your fathers to give –

9that you (sg) will keep all this these commandments which I order/command you(SG) today it to do, love to have Hashem your G-d, and to go in his ways all days – shall you (sg) for you(SG) add beside three cities to the this three;

10so that it shall not kill/shed become innocent blood in your land which Hashem your G-d gives you(SG) for an inheritance, and it shall not be on you(SG) any blood.

11but that a man will be a enemy his neighbor, and he will lie in wait on him, and will stand up on him, and will him strike to death, and he will die; and he will fleeing in one of the these cities,

12shall send the elders from his city, and him take from there, and him give over in hand of the blood redeemer/savior, and he shall die.

13your eye shall self not have mercy/compassion on him, and you(SG) must purge innocent blood from Yisroel, so that you(SG) shall well be.

14you(SG) must not move/push the boundary/border (landmark) of your neighbor, which the former have marked off, in your inheritance which you (sg) will inherit/dispossess, in the land which Hashem your G-d gives you(SG), it to inherit/possess.

15it shall not stand up one testimony/witness against a man concerning an anything transgression/offense or a anything commit a sin/transgress – in an anything sin which he has sinned; by the mouth of two testimony/witnesses, or by the mouth of three testimony/witnesses, shall a thing stand.

16if it will stand up an unrighteous testimony/witness against a man, to say on him wrong (way) testimony/witness,

17shall the two men which have the conflict/strife, self stand before Hashem, before the kohanim and the judges which will be in that days.

18and if the judges will good investigate/explore, behold the testimony/witness is a false testimony/witness, lie has he said on his brother,

19shall you (PL) do to him, so as he has intended to do to his brother; and you(SG) must purge this evil from among you(SG).

20and the remaining will hear and will fear have, and will more not do so as the this bad thing between you(SG).

21and your eye shall self not have mercy/compassion: a a soul for a a soul, an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, a hand for a hand, a foot for a foot.
