1in third new moon after going out of the children of Israel from land of Egypt, in the this day, are they arrived in wilderness of Sinai.

2and when they have moved out from Rephidim, and are having come in the wilderness of Sinai, have they rested in wilderness; and Israel has there rested facing mount.

3and Moshe is having gone up to G-d, and Hashem has called to him from mount, thus to say: thus shall you (sg) say to house of Yaakov, and tell to the children of Israel:

4you (PL) has seen what I have done to Egypt, and how I have you (PL) carried on eagle wings, and have you (PL) brought to me.

5and now, if listen will you (PL) to heed to my voice, and you (PL) will keep my covenant, will you (PL) be my separate/special possessions from among all peoples; because to me belongs the whole earth.

6and you (PL) will for me be a kingdom of kohanim, and a holy people. these are the words which you (sg) you(SG) must speak to the children of Israel.

7and Moshe is having come and has summoned the elders of people, and he has for them laid down all the these words which Hashem has him commanded.

8has answered this whole people in one and said: all that which Hashem has spoken, will we do. and Moshe has brought back the words of the people to Hashem.

9and Hashem has said to Moshe: behold, I come to you(SG) in a dense/plaited cloud, so that this people shall hear as I speak with you(SG), and also in you(SG) shall they believe on lasting. and Moshe has told the words of the people to Hashem.

10and Hashem has said to Moshe: go to the people, and you(SG) must them consecrate today and next day, and they must wash their garments;

11and they shall be prepared/ready on third day, because on third day will Hashem go down in front of the eyes of all the people on mount Sinai.

12and you(SG) must mark out limits this people around about, thus to say: beware you (PL) go up on mount, or self to touch on its edge. all who touches self on against the mount shall to kill caused to die become;

13a hand shall self not to touch on him, but to stone shall he be stoned become, or to shoot shall he shot become; whether a livestock, or a man, shall he not remain alive. behold when the horn gives a prolonged blast (wind), may they go up on mount.

14has Moshe gone down from mount to the people, and has consecrated this people, and they have washed their garments.

15and he has said to people: be prepared/ready on third day; you (PL) shall not come near to a woman.

16and it is having been on third day, as it is having become morning, thus are having become thunder and lightning, and a more heavy cloud on mount, and the sound of shofar/trumpet is having been very loud, and this whole people who are in camp has trembled.

17and Moshe has led out this people from the camp G-d to meet, and they have self been standing beneath mount.

18and the mount Sinai is having been in entirety in smoke, from because of that Hashem has gone downdescended onto it with fire; and its smoke was going up in same way as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount has very much shook.

19and the sound of shofar/trumpet is having become continually stronger and stronger; Moshe has spoken, and G-d has to him answered by voice/sound.

20and Hashem has gone down on mount Sinai, on top mount, and Hashem has called Moshe up to top mount, and Moshe is having gone up.

21and Hashem has said to Moshe: go down down, warn this people; they will self far be it from to force way through to Hashem to gaze, and there will fall from them a many.

22and also the kohanim who bring close/offer to Hashem, shall self consecrate/sanctify, so that Hashem shall not make a break out in anger among them.

23has Moshe said to Hashem: this people can not go up on mount Sinai, because you (sg) have indeed us ordered, thus to say: keep away apart the mount, and you(SG) must it treat as holy.

24has Hashem to him said: go go down down, and you(SG) must come up, you (sg), and Aaron with you(SG); but the kohanim and this people shall self not to force way through to go up to Hashem, so that he shall not make a break out in anger among them.

25has Moshe gone down to the people, and to them spoken.
