1and these are the laws which you (sg) you(SG) must put/lay down before them:
2if you (sg) will buy a slave, must he six years serve, and in the seventh must he go out free for nothing.
3if he was alone having come, shall he alone go out; if he was a married man, shall his wife go out with him.
4if his master will him give a wife, and she will to him give birth sons or daughters, shall the wife with her children belong to her master, and he shall go out alone.
5and if to say will say the servants: I have love my master, my wife, and my children, I will not go out free;
6shall his master him make come near to G-d, and him make come near to door, or to doorpost, and his master shall pierce his ear with an awl; and he shall him serve to always.
7and if a man will sell his daughter for a female servant, shall she not go free in same way as there go out the (male) slaves.
8if she pleased not in the eyes of her master, which has her have had designated/betrothed for self, shall he her allow to be redeemed; he shall not dominate her to sell to foreign men, when he broke faith against her.
9and if he will her determine for his son, shall he do to her thus just as the manner with daughters.
10if he will self take an other, shall he her feed, her clothe, and her wife's rights, not reduce.
11and if he will her not do the these three things, shall she go out for nothing, without paying money.
12the one who strikes a man and he dies, shall to kill put to death become.
13but the one who has not aimed at, but G-d has it sent under his hand, will I for you(SG) make a place where he may there escape.
14and if a man will wilfully come against his fellow, him to kill with cunning, shall you (sg) from my altar him remove to die.
15and the one who strikes his father, or his mother, shall to kill put to death become.
16and the one who steals a man and sells him, or he shall be found in his hand, shall to kill put to death become.
17and the one who curses his father, or his mother, shall to kill put to death become.
18and if men will self quarrel, and one will strike the other with a stone, or with the fist, and he will not die, but he will self go and lie down in bed,
19then, if he will stand up and walk around outside on his staff, shall the one who struck be not guilty/liable; but for his being at home idle must he repay, and to see him healed must he him allow to heal.
20and if a man will strike his slave, or his female servant, with a staff, and he/she will die under his hand, shall he to punish be punished become.
21if but he will self survive a day or two days, shall he not be punished become; because this is his money.
22and if men will each other to fight, and will crash into a pregnant woman, and her children will be born, but any calamity will not happen, shall to fine having been fined become the guilty one, according as the woman's husband will on him impose, and he shall it give before the judges.
23if but a calamity will happen, shall you (sg) give a life for a life,
24an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, a hand for a hand, a foot for a foot,
25a burn for a burn, a wound for a wound, a contusion/lump for a contusion/lump.
26and if a man will strike the eye of his slave, or the eye of his female servant, and will it destroy/damage, shall he him let go free for his eye.
27and that he will knock out a tooth of his slave, or a tooth of his female servant, shall he him let go free for his tooth.
28and if an ox will gore a man or a woman, and they will die, shall to stone be stoned become the ox, and his flesh shall not eaten become; and the owner of bull is not guilty/liable.
29if but he is a goring ox from in the past, and his owner is warned having become, and has him not guarded, and he will kill a man or a woman, shall be stoned become the ox, and also his owner shall caused to die become.
30if a ransom will be imposed become on him, shall he give for the redemption/buying of his life as many it will be imposed become on him.
31if he (ox) will gore a boy, if he will gore a na'arah, shall in same way as the this one judgement done become to him.
32if the bull will gore a slave or a female servant, shall he give his master thirty shekels of silver, and the ox shall be stoned become.
33and if a man will open a pit, or if a man will dig a pit, and will it not cover, and there will fall into an ox or a donkey,
34shall the owner of the pit repay; money shall he return back to their owner, and the dead livestock shall belong to him.
35and if a man's ox will butt/injure the ox of his fellow, and it will fall away/die, shall they sell the living ox, and self divide/separate half and half money; and also half and half the dead one shall they self divide/separate.
36if it was known, that he is a goring ox from long onwards, and his owner has him not guarded, shall he pay to repay an ox for the ox, and the dead one shall belong to him.
37if a man will steal an ox or a sheep, and will it slaughter, or he will it sell, shall he to repay five cattle for the ox, and four sheep for the sheep.
