Speak!

¹and Hashem has said to Moshe: speak to the kohanim, the sons of Aaron, and you(SG) must say to them: no one shall self not defile yourselves on a dead among his people;

²except on they are a close kin which is near to him, on his mother, and on his father, and on his son, and on his daughter, and on his brother;

³and on his sister a virgin, which is near to him, which has yet not have had a husband – on her may he self defile himself.

⁴the master among his people it is required self not defile/contaminate self to profane/desecrate.

⁵they shall not make a bald spot on their head, and the edge of their beard/chin shall they not shave, and on their body shall they not cut gash an gash.

⁶holy shall they be to their G-d, and they shall not profane/desecrate the name of their G-d, because the offering by fire of Hashem, the food of their G-d, are they offering, therefore must they be holy.

⁷a wife a prostitute or a desecrated (woman) shall they not take, and a wife divorced from her man shall they not take; because he is holy to his G-d.

⁸and you(SG) must him hold holy, for the food of your G-d is he offering; holy shall he to you(SG) be, for holy am I Hashem, who sanctifies you (PL).

⁹and the daughter of a man a kohen, that she will self profane/desecrate commit adultery to be, profaned she her father; in fire shall she burned up become.

¹⁰and the kohen which is the greater of his brothers, which on his head is poured having become the oil of anointing, and one has filled his hand to wear the garments, shall not let overgrown/unshorn his head, and not make a small tear his garments;

¹¹and to any body of a dead person shall he not go to/come near; even on his father and on his mother shall he self not defile/contaminate.

¹²and of sanctuary shall he not go out, and not profane/desecrate the sanctuary of his G-d, for the crown of the oil of G-d's anointing is on him: I am Hashem.

¹³and a wife in her virginity shall he take.

¹⁴a widow, or a divorced, or a desecrated (woman), a prostitute, the these shall he not take; but only a virgin of his people shall he take for a wife.

¹⁵and he shall not profane/desecrate his seed among his people, for I Hashem sanctify him.

¹⁶and Hashem has spoken to Moshe, so to say:

¹⁷speak to Aaron, so to say: each of your seed on their throughout generations, which in him will be a flaw, shall not bring close/offer offering to be the food of his G-d.

¹⁸for each man who in him is here a flaw, it is required not bring close/offer: a man a blind, or a lame, or with an sagging nose, or with one member/limb too long,

¹⁹or a man which with him will be broken a foot, or broken a hand,

²⁰or a hunchback, or a dwarf, or with a bright spot on his eye, or with dry scabies, or moist/fresh scabies, or a rupturer (testicles).

²¹each man of the seed of Aaron the kohen, which in him is here a flaw, shall not bring close/offer offering to be the offering by fire of Hashem; a flaw is here in him, it is required he not bring close/offer offering to be the food of his G-d.

²²the food of his G-d, of most holy holy so as of holy, may he to eat.

²³but to curtain it is required he not come, and to altar it is required he not bring close/offer, because a flaw is here in him; and he shall not profane/desecrate my sanctuary, because I Hashem sanctify them.

²⁴and Moshe has this spoken to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all children of Israel.
