5the aftergrowth of your harvest shall you (sg) not reap, and the grapes of your not pruned grape vine shall you (sg) not harvest; a year of complete rest shall it be for the land.
6and the sabbath of land shall be for you (PL) to to eat: for to you(SG), and for your servants, and for your female servant, and for your hired worker, and for your resident immigrant, which hold/sojourn self on by you(SG);
7and for your livestock, and for the wild animals which in your land, shall be its whole produce/crop to to eat.
8and shall you count seven sabbaths years, seven times seven years; and the days/period of the seven sabbaths years will to you(SG) be nine and forty years.
9then shall you (sg) let out a trumpet (shofar) sound of shofar/trumpet; in seventh month, in tenth day of month, on Yom Kippur, shall you (PL) allow to be free a shofar/trumpet in your entire land.
10and you (PL) shall consecrate/sanctify this fiftieth year, and call out/proclaim a freedom in land for all its inhabitants; Yovel/Jubilee shall it you (PL) be; and you (PL) shall you (PL) return each to his ancestral property, and each to his family shall you (PL) you (PL) return.
11Yovel/Jubilee shall this fiftieth year for you (PL) be; you (PL) shall not sow, and not reap its aftergrowths, and not harvest its not pruned grape vine.
12because Yovel/Jubilee is this; holy shall it for you (PL) be; of field down shall you (PL) eat its crop.
13in the this year of Yovel/Jubilee shall you (PL) you (PL) return each to his ancestral property.
14and when you (PL) will sell a sale to your neighbor, or buy from the hand of your neighbor, shall you (PL) not fool/cheat one the another.
15according the number of of the years after Yovel/Jubilee shall you (sg) buy from your neighbor; according the number of of crop-years shall he to you(SG) sell.
16according the multitude of the years shall you (sg) increase the price thereof, and according the fewness/inferiority of the years shall you (sg) reduce the price thereof; because the number of of grain (harvests) sold he to you(SG).
17and you (PL) shall not fool/cheat one the another, and you(SG) must fear have before your G-d, because I am Hashem your G-d.
18and you (PL) shall do my statutes, and keep my laws, and them do, so that you (PL) shall sit on your land in security/safety.
19and this land will give you (PL) fruit, and you (PL) will eat to fill, and will sit in security thereon.
20and when you (PL) will say: what will we eat in seventh year? we will still not sow, and not gather in our crop?
21will I command my blessing on you (PL) in the sixth year, and it will bring crop for three year.
22and that you (PL) will sow for the eighth year, will you (PL) eat of the crop, the old; until ninth year, until it come its crop, will you (PL) eat this old.
23and the land shall not sold become on eternity (permanently), for to me belongs the land; for strangers/sojourners and immigrant residents are you (PL) with me.
24and in the all land of your ancestral property shall you (PL) give the land a redemption.
25if your brother will poor become, and will sell of his ancestral property, shall come his close relative which is the nearest/closest to him, and redeem the sale of his brother.
26and if a man will not have any redeemer, but his hand will become wealthy/well-to-do, and he will obtain together enough it redeem/ransom,
27shall he calculate/count the years of his sale, and refund/pay back the rest/remainder to the man which he has to him sold; and he shall self return back to his ancestral property.
28if but his hand can not obtain together enough him to pay back, shall his sold remains in the hand of the one which has it bought, until the year of Yovel/Jubilee, and on Yovel/Jubilee shall it go out/leave; and he shall self return to his ancestral property.
29and if a man will sell a residence house in a city with a wall, shall his ransom/redemption be until it finishs/concludes self the year of his sale; a year shall be his ransom/redemption.
30if but it will not redeemed become until it shall be full thereon an entire year, shall this house which in the city which has a wall, remain on for ever by the one which has it bought, on his throughout generations; it shall not go out/leave on Yovel/Jubilee.
31but the houses of the towns, which have not any wall around round, shall reckoned/considered become to (open) field of land; they shall have a redemption, and on Yovel/Jubilee shall they go out (revert to original owner).
32and the cities of the Levites, the houses of the cities of their ancestral property – the Levites have an eternal ransom/redemption.
33and that one will buy from the Levites, shall this sold house in the city of his ancestral property go out (revert to original owner) on Yovel/Jubilee, because the houses of the cities of the Levites this is their ancestral property among the children of Yisroel.
34but this field of the open/free place round their cities can not sold become, because an eternal ancestral property is this to them.
35and if your brother will poor become, and his hand (financial means) will be fallen/falter with to you(SG), shall you (sg) him uphold as a foreigner/proselyte and resident immigrant, that he shall can live by to you(SG).
36you(SG) must not take of him interest or interest, and you(SG) must fear have before your G-d; so that your brother shall can live among to you(SG).
37you(SG) must him not give your money on interest, and your food shall you (sg) not give on increase (more in return).
38I am Hashem your G-d which has you (PL) brought out of the land Egypt, you (PL) to give this land Canaan, to be to you (PL) to the G-d.
39and if your brother will poor become by to you(SG), and will self sold to you(SG), shall you (sg) not work with him so as one works with a slave.
40as a hired worker, as an immigrant, shall he be among to you(SG); until the year of Yovel/Jubilee shall he serve with you(SG).
41then shall he go out (revert) from you(SG), he and his children with him, and he shall self return to his family, and to the ancestral property of his fathers shall he self return.
42because my servants are they, which I have them brought out from land Egypt; they be allowed to not sold become as one sells a slave.
43you(SG) must not rule over him with harshness, and you(SG) must fear have before your G-d.
44and your bondmen and your female servant, which will be with you(SG) – from the nations which round you (PL), from them shall you (PL) buy a bondmen or a female servant.
45and also of the children of the immigrant residents which hold/sojourn self on among you (PL), from them can you (PL) buy, and of their families which among you (PL), which they have given birth to in your land; and they can you (PL) become to possession.
46and you (PL) can them leave as an inheritance to your (PL) children after you (PL), to inherit for a possession; on eternal can you (PL) work with them; but over your (PL) brothers, the children of Israel, one over another, shall you (PL) not rule with harshness.
47and that the hand of the foreigner/proselyte or the resident immigrant by you(SG) will become wealthy/well-to-do, and your brother will poor become near him, and will self sell to the resident immigrant foreigner among you(SG), or to an descent/relative of a foreigner's family,
48can he, after that he has self sold, have a redemption; one of his brothers can him redeem;
49or his uncle, or his uncle's son can him redeem, or someone a close kin of his family can him redeem; or, if his hand shall be wealthy/well-to-do, can he him self redeem.
50and he shall self calculate/reckon with his buyer/purchaser, from the year which he has self sold to him until the year of Yovel/Jubilee, and this money of his sale shall dealt with become according the number of of years; thus as the days/period of a hired worker shall be which he is stay for a time with him.
51if there are yet here many years, shall he according to them refund/pay back from his price for his redemption,
52and whether it are remain few years until the year of Yovel/Jubilee, shall he self with him calculate/reckon; as after his years shall he refund/pay back for his redemption.
53thus as a hired worker from year to year shall he be with him; he shall not rule over him with harshness before your eyes.
54and if he will not redeemed become on the this manner, shall he go out/be released in year of Yovel/Jubilee, he and his children with him.
55because to me are the children of Yisroel servants; my servants are they, which I have them brought out from land Egypt: I am Hashem your G-d.
