The Nations Called to Praise God

¹May God be gracious to us and bless us[#Num 6.25; Ps 4.6]

and make his face to shine upon us, Selah

²that your way may be known upon earth,[#Acts 18.25; Titus 2.11]

your saving power among all nations.

³Let the peoples praise you, O God;

let all the peoples praise you.

⁴Let the nations be glad and sing for joy,[#Ps 96.10; 98.9]

for you judge the peoples with equity

and guide the nations upon earth. Selah

⁵Let the peoples praise you, O God;[#v 3]

let all the peoples praise you.

⁶The earth has yielded its increase;[#Lev 26.4; Ps 85.12; Ezek 34.27]

God, our God, has blessed us.

⁷May God continue to bless us;[#Ps 33.8]

let all the ends of the earth revere him.
