The Angels with the Last Plagues

¹I saw another great and marvelous sign in heaven: seven angels having the seven last plagues, for in them the wrath of God is complete.[#Rev 15:6–7; 21:9]

²And I saw what looked like a sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who have the victory over the beast, over his image and over his mark and over the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God.[#Rev 4:6; #Rev 12:11; #Rev 5:8]

³They sang the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying:[#Ex 15:1; Dt 31:30]

“Great and marvelous are Your works,

Lord God Almighty!

Just and true are Your ways,

O King of saints!

⁴Who shall not fear You, O Lord,[#Jer 10:7]

and glorify Your name?

For You alone are holy.

All nations shall come

and worship before You,

for Your judgments have been revealed.”

⁵After this I looked. And now the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened.[#Rev 11:19]

⁶The seven angels came out of the temple with the seven plagues. They were clothed in pure, bright linen, having their chests wrapped with golden sashes.[#Rev 15:1; #Rev 1:13]

⁷Then one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever.[#Rev 5:8]

⁸And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from His power. No one was able to enter the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.[#1Ki 8:10–11; Isa 6:4]
