have come near the daughters of Tzelophechad the son of Chepher, the son of Gil'ad, the son of Machir, the son of Menasheh, of the families of Menasheh, Yosef's son – and these are having been the names of his daughters: Machlah, No'ah, and Choglah, and Milcah, and Tirtzah –
and they have self stood before Moshe and before El'azar the kohen, and before the chieftains and the entire assembly, at entrance of Tent of Meeting, so to say:
our father is died in the wilderness, and he is not having been among the company/crowd which has self gathered against Hashem in Korach's company/crowd, but in his own sin is he died; and any sons has he not have had.
for which (why) shall diminished become the name of our father from among his family, because he has not any son? give us an ancestral property among the brothers of our father.
has Moshe brought their judgement before Hashem.
and Hashem has said to Moshe, so to say:
right claim the daughters of Tzelophechad: give shall you (sg) they give an ancestral property from a inheritance among the brothers of their father, and you(SG) shall make pass over/transfer the inheritance of their father to them.
and to the children of Yisroel shall you (sg) speak, so to say: that a man will die, and he has not any son, shall you (PL) make pass over/transfer his inheritance to his daughter.
and if he has not any daughter, shall you (PL) give his inheritance to his brothers.
and if he has not any brothers, shall you (PL) give his inheritance to the brothers of his father.
and if his father has not any brothers, shall you (PL) give his inheritance to his nearest close relative of his family, and he shall it inherit/dispossess. and this shall be the children of Yisroel for a right law/justice decree, so as Hashem has commanded Moshe.
and Hashem has said to Moshe: go up on the this mount Avarim, and look on this land, which I have given to the children of Yisroel.
and when you (sg) will it have looked at, will you (sg) also gathered become to your people, so as your brother Aaron is gathered having become.
even as you (PL) had rebelled against my command, in wilderness Tzin by the dispute/strife of the assembly, me to treat as holy at water before their eyes. this is this water of Merivat-Kadesh in wilderness Tzin.
has Moshe spoken to Hashem, so to say:
shall Hashem the G-d of the the spirits of all men appoint a man over the assembly,
which shall go out them ahead of, and which shall come into them ahead of, and which shall them lead out, and which shall them bring in, so that the assembly of Hashem shall not be so as sheep which have not any shepherd.
has Hashem said to Moshe: take you(SG) Yehoshua/Yeshua the son of Nun, a man which in him is the Spirit, and you(SG) must lay your hand on him.
and you(SG) must him stand before El'azar the kohen, and before the whole assembly, and you(SG) must him give over your testament before their eyes.
and you(SG) must put of your glory/majesty on him, so that the whole assembly of the children of Yisroel shall obey/pay heed.
and he shall stand before El'azar the kohen, and he will to ask/inquire for him the solution of the Urim before Hashem. according to his mouth shall they go out, and according to his mouth shall they come into, he and all Yisroel with him – the entire assembly.
has Moshe did so as Hashem has him commanded, and he has taken Yehoshua/Yeshua, and has him stood before El'azar the kohen, and before the whole assembly.
and he has laid his hands on him, and has to him given over his charge, just as Hashem has spoken through Moshe.
